Rage Room Customer Service
Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will include:
- Welcoming guests and conducting pre-session briefings
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Setting up and resetting rooms with smashable objects
- Cleaning up after sessions
- Managing equipment (helmets, gloves, etc.)
- Handing booking and customer service inquiries
- Customer Interactions
- Welcoming Guests
- Greet customers warmly and make them feel comfortable.
- Brief customer on what to expect with placing a card on file and what to expect from their session.
- Make sure they understand that the room is for stress relief and fun, not aggression towards people or unsafe behavior.
- Waiver & Legal Requirements
- Ensure each customer signs a waiver before entering the rage room.
- For participants under the age of 18 they must have a parent/guardian sign the waiver.
- Supervision
- Always monitor the session via video in the office.
- Stop the session immediately if unsafe behavior occurs.
- Room Setup & Reset
- Before the session
- Ensure all tools and objects are in good condition.
- Double-check that all safety gear is provided.
- Set up items on the table that go with that package (bombs, tech, vintage)
- After session
- Allow guests to take a break or take a picture (always ask if we can take one for social media)
- After the customer exits, clean up broken items and reset the room for the next session.
- Dispose of broken items properly, all metal goes in scrap and all other trash goes in the dumpster.

- Booking & Inquiries
- Be knowledgeable about the booking system and able to answer questions regarding pricing, session length, and rules
- Address complaints professionally and offer solutions where possible.
